I have dedicated the past 21+ years of my life to the practice of yoga, which has profoundly transformed me. Initially trained as a doctor in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, I always had a deep interest in naturopathy, which eventually led me to complete my education in Ayurveda. While I believed that understanding the body and its needs was crucial for wellness, my journey with yoga taught me that it was just the first step.
Driven by my growing passion for yoga, I now serve my community through Life Spring Yoga Institute.
With certifications as a Yoga Teacher Training Instructor and a Faculty Member in Yoga Instructor Courses, I have had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and experience with numerous students. I have conducted over 15,000+ hours of yoga sessions, leaving a positive impact on the lives of many.
As a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists, I ensure that my students not only receive yoga training but also benefit from my expertise as a therapist. The blessings of senior citizens, who have found healing through my yoga therapies, are a testament to the effectiveness of my approach. At Life Spring in Vadodara, I serve as a Yoga Teacher Trainer and Yoga Therapist Teacher, imparting my knowledge and experience to those seeking wellness.
As a yoga therapist, I have had the privilege of assisting numerous practitioners and senior citizen clients in their journey towards healing and liberation from years of physical and emotional pain. Their gratitude and blessings have been instrumental in my personal and professional growth as a yoga therapist. Their stories of transformation inspire me to continue my work, spreading awareness about the immense benefits of yoga.
In addition to my local contributions, I have also had the opportunity to share my expertise globally. As a visiting faculty member at Vyasa Yoga in Singapore and Adi Yoga in Hanoi, Vietnam, I have expanded my reach and helped individuals from different backgrounds embrace the transformative power of yoga.
I am humbled by the positive influence yoga has had on my life and the lives of those I have had the privilege to teach and guide. The journey of sharing this ancient practice and witnessing its transformative power in others has been a true blessing.
